Elixir 11075 Polyweb Light-Medium 12-56
Elixir was the first to introduce a coated string to the market. They are now the most popular selling coated strings available. The Polyweb coating acts as a barrier to stop sweat and dirt from corroding the string. This means that Elixir strings hold their tone 3-5 times longer than uncoated strings.
Polyweb is the original Elixir coating. Nanoweb is also available which is a finer coating giving the string more of a traditional feel.
