Shipping Questions

When will my order arrive? 
90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Sometimes it takes us a little longer at busy periods. If there is going to be a significant delay we will notify you.  

> For Irish customers orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days but please allow 7 working days for standard Irish post. Registered post is usually faster and we can track your order. The courier option is usually next working day.   

> Customers in the United Kingdom should allow 3-7 working days. We find post between Ireland/UK usually takes a week for standard post. Registered post is often faster. The courier option usually takes 2-3 working days.   

> Customers in Europe should allow 3-10 workings days. Registered post can be faster.   

> Customers outside of Europe should allow 3-12 working days. This really depends on where you are located. Contact us for more information. 

Where do you ship to? 
We ship to most countries. Some countries have limitations on the amount of products or total value that we will be willing to send. If you are having difficulties ordering to your country please contact us, we maybe able to work something out for you.  

Shipping Charges

We try to keep postage costs to a minimum. Cost is calculated by the weight of your item(s), the location it's to be sent to and the postage service required.
Postage costs start from €1.50.

Weight
We charge by weight so customers who wish to purchase a single set of strings/low cost item can do so without fear of a high standard postage cost. Occasionally some cumbersome items such as cases are set to a higher weight than they actually are. This is so our website can match the available postage service. Please contact us for more details.

Postage Service Options

AN POST (Ireland's national postal service)

We offer Standard Post and Registered Post. Standard Post is available for orders weighing up to 650grams. Registered Post is available for all weights and locations up to 5000 grams. We recommend customers use the Registered Post service, without it we cannot replace/refund items lost in the post. We reserve the right to change postage costs at our discretion.

DPD/COURIER

For instruments, amps and heavy/large/high value items we recommend customers use the DPD/COURIER service. DPD is available for Ireland and Northern Ireland. We use DPD as our Courier service for UK & Europe.
PLEASE NOTE: These services require a signature on delivery. If you are out a calling card will be left or the driver will try to contact you using the phone number you provided when placing your order.
