90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours/next working day. We always try to get your order out as soon as possible. Sometimes if we are very busy it may take us a little longer. We'll certainly let you know if there is going to be a delay. Our shipping prices can be found on the Shipping Charges page. Orders within Ireland mostly arrive within 1-3 working days but please allow at least 7 days. Registered Post is usually faster. Orders to locations outside of Ireland may take between 3-15 days. We always recommend using the Registered Post option.

7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee (excluding Postage costs) should you wish to return something purchased from us. Customers must notify us within the seven days from receipt that they wish to return the goods and receive a full refund or credit (minus postage costs). The goods must be returned in perfect (as new) condition, un-opened with the original packaging intact. Once the goods have been returned the refund/credit will be issued.
