Elixir Acoustic Guitar Strings
Elixir Guitar Strings were the first to introduce the coated string and remain the market leader for coated Guitar strings. Since their introduction, Elixir Acoustic Guitar Strings have been popular with musicians the world over. Known for their longer life, full tone and volume, these strings come in two types of coating; Polyweb is the original coated string while the newer Nanoweb coating is finer to allow the string to feel more like an uncoated Guitar string.
The coating used is the patented Gore-Tex solution. Elixir are the only Guitar String to use this coating. Because of this, String Tone lasts 3-5 times longer than non-coated strings. Many of our customer won't use anything other than Elixir Guitar Strings. Try them for yourself.
