Terms & Conditions

We have tried to present our Terms & Conditions in a plain simple way to understand. We want you, our customer, to have the best service possible from us and at the same time outline our obligations as the retailer. If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Firstly, By using this web site ( or by buying from us in any capacity you are agreeing to our Terms And Conditions and our GDPR Compliant Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to review our Privacy Policy as it contains details on the data we collect, store and use from you and your rights regarding that data. Please see our Help Page for information on using our service. 

All goods will remain our property until paid for in full. For maximum customer security we do not store credit card details on our website or server. Credit/Debit card payments are handled by payment providers.
Payments are secure, encrypted and complient with Visa/Mastercard/PCI standards.

We also offer other 3rd party payment facilities such as Paypal.
Although we have taken great care to ensure our payment partners provide our customers with a first class service, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of our payment partners terms and conditions which can be found at their respective web sites.

You have 7 days to return items starting from the day after delivery. Returns can only be accepted in an unused condition with the original packaging intact. Should you need to return something you MUST contact us before returning the item.
Upon return of the item we will credit your account or provide a credit coupon code to the value of the returned goods excluding shipping costs. Our return address is:

We aim to ship items 'next working day'. For example; an order placed on a Monday would normally be posted the next day (Tuesday). Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are normally posted on Monday (excluding public holidays). Occasionally your order may take longer to post due to a stocking problem or order backlog. We do not guarantee your order will be posted next working day and by placing an order you agree that it may take up to 7 working days. If it should take any longer than 7 working days we will notify you.
Please note; We reserve the right to change our postage charges without notice at any time.

We offer registered post and encourage our customers to use this service. Standard post does not offer tracking or compensation for failed delivery and lost postal items.

Due to many of our customers in Ireland living in rural locations many couriers require a contact number. We have found this reduces undelivered orders. If you wish for your contact number not to be present on the address label please remove it from your shipping address within your account.

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is essential that customers record & take care of the certificate code and use it before it expires. Certificates are only redeemable for goods purchased at and cannot be used at any of our related businesses or in person or over the phone. They can only be used when buying from Failure to use the certificate before the expiry date will void the certificate and you will not be able to use it. Due to security reasons we are unable to provide a replacement for lost certificates. Please take care of the certificate. By purchasing a gift certificate from you accept the risk that should cease trading no refund will be available. Certificates are only valid while SuperStrings is trading.
