We are still operating as normal but An Post is experiencing long delays of up to 3 weeks as they are currently 250% above normal capacity. Due to social distancing they cannot process mail at normal speed and on top of that they are experiencing unprecedented volumes of mail from online sales. Details here
Therefore if your order has still not arrived we ask you wait at least 14 working days before contacting us. 

We always recommend you use the EXPRESS POST service, it is An Post's premium mail service and is prioritised above standard mail. It also comes with tracking.
We cannot track your order unless you select this service at the checkout. If your order has not arrived within 4 working days please contact us for the tracking number. 
Free and Standard post options do not come with tracking. 

For customers outside of Ireland please allow for long delays and consult your national post service for their current status.
