I am a fairly casual player and only wanted a capo for the odd use, now and then. I have bought and lost many in the past Shubb, Kyser etc, and while this is not as expensive as those, it is very sturdy and does a very good job - no buzzing anywhere on the neck up to the 7th fret, didn't go beyond. Overall, very satisfied.
