Excellent

After much research I settled on D'addario Pro Arte Classical Guitar normal tension strings. I have not been disappointed and am very pleased with the results. In comming to this decision, I must also complement the excellent help and advice I received from Strngs.ie staff.

Well I use the hard tension with no finger nails and never had a problem. I think the hard tension are brighter, I prefer the sound from them.

Clear sound,take a while to settle in-obviously.My 1st time with non-ballended strings,the knots were easy to do,takes a few more days to get the tension in.Extremely happy with swift delivery of my order.

I bought D'addario Pro Arte Classical Guitar Strings normal tension after learning an expensive lesson about hard tension treble stings. I was going actually to make a video at some stage even to show how much suck I got from the treble strings from those otherwise beautiful sounding expensive stings. As I play finger picking stile with no nails, it was virtually imposible to play those. I have never imagined the extend/loudness of the squick from my right hand. So bottom line, I ended up buying D'addario Pro Arte Classical Guitar Strings normal tension to use the treble strings - lesson learned. ;)
