Elixir Phosphor Bronze Strings
Elixir Phosphor Bronze Strings with Elixir NANOWEB technology is the latest in string coating technology. Do you know that great tone you get when you open a fresh pack of strings and play with those complex, clear, bright tones for a week? Then the string begins to go dead and the tone settles in and it is just not the same anymore. Well with Elixir new NANOWEB coating technology you can enjoy the great crisp sound of a new string longer. Thanks to the coat that gets into the string winding; dirt, oils, skin and other contaminants don't get stuck in the windings taking your tone away. The NANOWEB is so thin as well that you don't have to be obstructed by it. You'll never know it's there and you'll have all the tone you have come to expect from Elixir Phosphor Bronze.
The string begins its life with an anti-rust treatment over a plated plain steel strings which makes it corrosion resistant. Then the core, as well as the phosphor bronze winding are both coated with NANOWEB to provide a second barrier against tone killing contaminants. The NANOWEB coating has another advantage, which is that it decreases finger squeak.
With Elixir, you have a product that sounds bright, feels clean, has a vibrant and alive sound. Then only the highest quality copper/tin alloy is used in the wrap to produce a long-lasting, rich tone with higher frequency harmonics that are distinct.

Strings.ie I find their attention to detail and overall Customer focus is 5Star I never play with plectrums I pick and strum with open hand These strings have a beautiful resonance tight and clear, They’re that good they make my relatively cheap guitar sound like its much more expensive ! Worth the...
These strings keep their tone very well and I, personally, like their tonal qualities. I use them on both pure acoustic and resonator guitars although I would like a heavier dobro set to be available at some stage. Orders are very promptly received and I appreciate use of the postal system. Couriers in country areas can be very careless

I give these strings some abuse as a preformer which they withstand with ease . Love the rich sound / sleekness and Bass tones .if anyone can recommend something of equally please let me know . Also glad to support a local business and not Jeff Besos . Will use this service again..

Nice bass tone on my acoustic.
Much easier to play fingerstyle with these than I expected for the gauge. I had tried lighter versions but wasn’t happy with the bass tone on strings 4/5/6. So I bought these as a trial and must say I’m am pleased with the results. Nice deep sound sound. Strings very smooth to play on.
